Jonathan H. Lomurro is a nationally recognized plaintiff trial attorney focused on medical malpractice and complex civil litigation. He holds rare, triple-board certification as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court, a Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Attorneys, and a Certified Medical Malpractice Lawyer by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys.
He served as President of the New Jersey Association for Justice and has been appointed to leadership and advisory roles focused on the future of trial practice, including artificial intelligence and modern evidence presentation.
He is the author of multiple books including AAJ Press publications The AMP Method; Dropping the Digital Anchor; and Experts: Picking, Preparing, Presenting. He published the New Jersey Treatises: New Jersey Medical Malpractice Law, New Jersey Legal Malpractice Law, Try It, and Litigation Technology for the Modern Practitioner. He has written extensively on trial strategy, electronic medical records, and persuasive advocacy.
Through lectures and training nationwide, Lomurro teaches lawyers how to convert dense medical evidence into clear narratives that juries can trust—and defendants can’t escape.
